Tire Rack's sales specialists receive eight weeks of initial instruction and participate in a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education per year. Classroom sessions include industry/product news, product performance evaluations and technology updates. Extensive training also includes hands-on, real-world testing on Tire Rack's private, on-site test track allowing them the opportunity to experience the influence of tires, wheels, suspension and brake components on ride comfort, noise levels and performance. They also evaluate tire handling as well as wet, dry, snow and ice traction at Tire Rack's test track or at an indoor ice rink.
On the phone, you'll receive the most accurate advice and product recommendations when you need them. Our sales specialists will consult with you on the appropriate performance products for your vehicles, verify the fitment and assist you in finding the best match for your fleet's performance needs and driving style.
